• CheckVelu.comoffers comprehensive vehicle inspection services, which include, but are not limited to, the evaluation of the vehicle’s mechanical condition, body and frame integrity, odometer reading, vehicle history, and market value assessment. The inspection is based on visual and manual checks performed by qualified engineers and technicians.
2. Inspection Report and Use
• The inspection results are provided in the form of a detailed Valuation Report, which includes information such as vehicle specifications, photographs, refurbishment cost estimates, market value, chassis imprint, and vehicle history.
• This report is generated solely for the requesting party and is intended for use only by the party named in the report for the specific purpose stated in the request. CheckVelu.com shall not be responsible for any misuse of the report.
3. Limitation of Liability
• CheckVelu.com and MTs provide an independent and impartial valuation based on the available data at the time of inspection.
• CheckVelu.com shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or liability incurred by any third party that relies on or uses the Valuation Report. The report is intended only for the party to whom it is addressed and should not be relied upon by any other parties without prior written consent from CheckVelu.com.
4. Odometer Reading and Vehicle Data
• CheckVelu.com relies on the odometer reading provided during the inspection. While efforts are made to verify the data available, CheckVelu.com is not responsible for the accuracy or authenticity of the odometer reading.
• CheckVelu.com does not perform detailed forensic analysis of the odometer or vehicle records unless explicitly requested, and therefore does not verify the genuineness of the odometer reading provided during the inspection.
5. Vehicle History and Condition
• The Valuation Report includes a general assessment of the vehicle's history, such as previous ownership, accidents, and repairs, based on available public records and information.
• CheckVelu.com is not responsible for the completeness or accuracy of the historical data. It is recommended that the customer conducts additional investigations as needed.
6. Independence of Report
• The report is generated based on the inspection results and CheckVelu.com's valuation criteria. The vehicle's condition, repair costs, and market value are evaluated based on current market data, industry standards, and the professional judgment of our engineers.
• The report reflects the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection. Changes after the inspection (such as accidents or additional wear) are not reflected in the report.
7. Government Use
• The Valuation Report may be used for government-related purposes, subject to compliance with the relevant governmental requirements and regulations. It is the responsibility of the requesting party to ensure that the report meets any specific legal or regulatory standards required for government use.
8. Confidentiality
• All data provided by the customer for the purpose of inspection, including personal and vehicle details, will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s explicit consent, except where required by law or for the purpose of fulfilling the inspection request.
